Objective OpenGov ticks all the boxes for the FOI requests and compliance

The Department of Treasury and Finance SA solved time sensitive challenges with an off-the-shelf, workflow automation solution

Managing FOIs is a complex process and as such, the agency was experiencing overdue requests and time-consuming manual escalations, therefore affecting compliance. Deanna was tasked with writing a workflow to solve the challenge.
