Reduce PDF file size with our File Compression tool.

We're pleased to introduce our first release of compression functionality, with our next stage of work allowing you to compress by file size.

To compress a PDF, open the Menu, hover over File, and then select Compress. Here, you can choose from 2 pre-defined options, or you can customise your compression.

For more information on these options, you can access our Quick Reference Guide on Compression, which can be found by clicking the Help button in the bottom left corner of your screen.

Select an option and click OK.

When the file has finished compressing, a dialog box will appear to show the file size before and after compression. To use these settings, select Apply, and then save your newly optimised file.
