Subscribers to USP have access to our latest software. We invest substantially in Research and Development (R&D) and we think it only proper that our existing customers, not just our new customers, reap the benefits of these enhancements. Our Upgrade and Support Program was designed to deliver this.
Customers who subscribe to our Upgrade and Support Program (USP) have access to our Customer Support Centre. Every contact with our Customer Support Centre is registered in our support system and whether resolved through re-education or software changes each issue is managed through to a mutually agreed conclusion.
Our philosophy is not to simply provide your product support, but to provide customer support.
Our support staff are available to assist you with your product issues, and endeavour to improve your business solution.
Importantly before any implementation goes live a support contact is assigned to your account. A site handover between the project manager and the support contact ensures they fully understand the specifics of each site for future support.
Our online support environment is designed to provide our customers with timely, accurate and quality support services through our Knowledge Base. It also provides User Group members with a forum to share knowledge, experiences and advice or a place to meet online. Objective Online Support is available to customers with USP and CSP agreements.
Find Answers with Knowledge Base
Access the continually expanding Objective Knowledge Base to peruse previously asked questions and answers. This facility can be used to search by product, category, keyword or phrase to find answers to questions virtually instantly.
Ask Objective Support
Ask questions directly to Objective Support staff online. You can categorise, prioritise and classify the nature of your questions which are then subsequently managed, tracked and responded to according to priorities set. At any time you can check the status of your questions, view the details, update questions with new information or indicate that an answer is no longer required.
Customer Specific Workplaces
You can update your profile and access restricted information specific to your organisation. You can elect to receive notification when answers stored in the Knowledge Base are modified.
