Join an Online Meeting

How Live Remote Assistance works

1. Type your details and the nature of your query in the box. Then click the 'SEND' button.

2. Download and install the a small, virus-free, plug-in which will connect you to a member of our support team.

3. Your support representative will chat with you, live online, to discuss the query.

4. With your permission our support representative can view your screen, sharing control of your mouse and keyboard.

5. You remain in control of your desktop and can end the  session when you choose.

How Online Meetings work

1. Enter your meeting ID provided by Objective in the box.

2. Click 'MEET NOW'.

3. You will be prompted to download a small, virus-free, plug-in which will connect you to a member of our support team.

4. You will be prompted to enter your name and email address, you may wish to tick the 'remember my details' box for future use.
