Objective Awarded a Place on G-Cloud 5


Objective has been awarded a place on G-Cloud 5, the latest iteration of the G-Cloud framework, by the Crown Commercial Service.

The G-Cloud framework, has had total sales of £191.5M between 2012 and May 2014. It is designed to drive down costs by allowing public sector bodies to procure standardised services from over 1,600 suppliers. New services from providers are added on a bi-yearly basis to allow additional choice and flexibility for the public sector IT market, without the need for lengthy tender or contract processes.

With fourteen G-Cloud 5 Objective offerings now available on the CloudStore marketplace, including Objective’s Enterprise Content Creation (ECC) solutions and Objective Connect the secure information sharing solution, UK public sector bodies can procure from a range of flexible and agile services across the following two lots:

  • Lot 3 – Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Lot 4 – Specialist Cloud Services (SCS)    

With a demonstrable track record of providing collaborative cloud-based solutions to over 180 government organisations across the UK, Objective is expertly placed to be a part of the G-Cloud framework and is committed to working with Government to create a more efficient, accessible means of delivering public services and to encourage public sector adoption of cloud services.
