Objective ECM’s search capabilities combine the simplicity of one-field search with the relevancy derived from a structured corporate information hierarchy, all based on an individual’s security access. 

As an information repository grows it is critical that people can find the piece of information they require amongst hundreds or thousands of search results.  

Faceted search, powered by Objective Discover, gives people the ability to conduct a familiar, internet-style search, then further refine the search by categories, content type or many other criteria based on the metadata and contents of the search results. 

Importantly, results are delivered at speeds users expect from regular internet searching. 

As with any information managed by Objective ECM, search results are subject to the security, privacy and compliance restrictions that have resulted in Objective being trusted by government, defence and intelligence organisations world-wide. 

Information held in line of business systems or other repositories (such as HP TRIM or Share Point) can be securely exposed with Objective Enterprise Search, providing a single view of information held within Objective ECM and other systems.
