The Hosted Services Manager is responsible for the maintenance, support and upgrade of Customer Applications.
The position of Business Consultant is to provide business consulting for Objective solutions, across both the ECM and Online platforms, and is responsible for all business aspects of Objective implementations, upgrades and ongoing support. Business Solutions Consultants are expected to be proficient in all components of the Objective product set, and expert in certain nominated components. Business Solutions Consultants are located in each of the major capital cities and work closely with their regional sales representatives. The role will work as part of the broader Business Solutions Team and will share the workload from other regional offices as required. This may also require travel between these offices. The role reports into the New Zealand Country Manager with a dotted line to the Sales Operations Manager who is based in Australia.

ADs are also responsible for maximising revenue from major/key/named client accounts in order to achieve agreed revenue targets/sales quotas.

This role has an assigned set of customers, and will foster relationships and grow customer environmental knowledge over time to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Global Support Manager and has no people management responsibilities.
The Engineering Support – Managed Services Consultant is a product technical expert and manages the day to day running of Customer Objective systems as a managed service. Additionally, the role acts as a conduit between the field (customer, support, and professional services) and development. They are essentially the application level support for customer systems and also provide the last level support tier in Global Support to provide resolution for the most complex customer issues and escalations. They report to the Manager - Engineering Support and have no people management responsibilities.

The Regional Practice Leader (RPL) provides the overall professional services leadership and management for a designated region. All professional services staff in a region will report to the RPL. The RPL will also carry a personal utilization target, based on the size of the practice. Generally 1 day per week is assigned to management responsibilities for every 5 employees, with the remaining time expected to be billable.

Reporting to the Regional Practice Leader a Senior Business Consultant may take on a number of business projects and work in roles that range from high-level advice to on-the-ground management of a business consulting team on a major project.

The position covers product installation, configuration, integration, customization, data migration and troubleshooting.
